Today, the need to exchange data has increased dramatically, both within a health facility and between geographically distant facilities. Especially in the medical field you need to be more efficient: to be efficient means to ensure a quality service to users / patients.
The idea behind the project is to improve the work of doctors and facilitate the stay of a patient, using the best technology currently available. Starting from these concept Sistemi&Qualità has a highly technological and innovative product for management of medical records.
Through this project the physician can manage the medical condition of a patient through a customized software for each department using a convenient and innovative terminal (I-Pad). The EHR will be organized according to three principles:
- According to the classical division into sections
- For problems and episodes of illness
- As a chronological list of facts
All information will be treated according to current safety standards and stored in dedicated server that will allow a constant synchronization. In this way, the doctor may be updated in real time situation of each patient and he will update the clinical situation.
The system will maintain a history of all patients in order to have traceability and to enable physicians to have a quick response if the patient returns to the health facility.
